Graduate of the National Defence University, where she earned a Master’s degree with distinction in Aviation Management. She has a strong academic background, complemented by globally recognized industry certifications. She has participated in numerous international courses and training programs organized by national aviation authorities such as ULC, UK CAA, ANAC, DGAC, as well as institutions including IATA, JAA, and CAA International, earning, among others, the IATA Aviation Security Management Diploma.
Her professional experience spans various sectors of the aviation industry – from charter carriers and handling agents to business aviation – allowing her to combine broad theoretical knowledge with operational practice.
Within the Avsec.pl structure, she serves as Plenipotentiary for Classified Information Protection and supports the Management Board in achieving the company’s strategic objectives.
Monika Sakowska Carvalho is a Civil Aviation Security Instructor approved by the President of the Civil Aviation Authority (both in Poland and Portugal), a Dangerous Goods Transport (DGR) Instructor, an Internal Quality Control Auditor, and an EU Aviation Security Validator.
