Graduate of postgraduate studies in Personnel Management Psychology at the University of Warsaw, as well as the Faculty of Aviation and Air Defence at the National Defence University, where he earned a degree in Aviation Management. He obtained his PhD in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, defending his dissertation titled “The Effectiveness of the Secure Supply Chain as a Method of Protecting Civil Aviation Against Acts of Unlawful Interference in Cargo Transport.”

He runs a business focused on supporting entities involved in the secure air transport supply chain. He is also a university lecturer and a speaker at industry conferences dedicated to civil aviation security and air cargo.

Bartosz Stolarek is a Civil Aviation Security Instructor approved by the President of the Civil Aviation Authority, as well as a Dangerous Goods Transport (DGR) Instructor, Internal Quality Control Auditor, and EU Aviation Security Validator.
